Account details you provide directly: full name, email, phone number, and password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text). Transaction details: amounts, asset symbols, destination accounts, and payment reference codes you submit for a swap or Save Money plan. Identity verification data: the documents and photos you submit for KYC review. Technical data: IP address at signup and login, used for fraud and security detection.

To operate your account and process your swaps and Save Money plans. To verify your identity where required by our KYC/AML Policy and applicable anti-money-laundering law. To detect and prevent fraud — for example, comparing sender details across transactions or flagging a sudden change in login location. To send you transactional notifications (swap status, security alerts) and, if you opt in, product updates.

Your data is visible only to you and to authorized AICRYPTOEX administrators reviewing your transactions or KYC submission. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.

Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Sessions use secure, http-only cookies. KYC documents and payment proofs are stored in access-controlled storage and are only ever served through an authenticated request — they are never publicly accessible by URL. You can review and update your profile details from Settings at any time. You can opt out of non-critical email notifications (market/rate updates, company news) from your notification preferences — security-related emails cannot be disabled, since they protect your account. You may request deletion of data we are not otherwise required to retain by contacting support.
